Simon, Scott and Sean Drive to Mongolia!
On July 14th we (Simon, Sean and Scott) will start a 10,000 mile journey (by car) from London to Mongolia, as part of the Mongol Rally 2012.
We will be driving through some of the most remote terrain on the planet, in some of the world's most hazardous regions! It will be a challenging test for the car, our sanity and Scott's facial hair growth…
We will use this website to document our preparations up to 'race-day', and during the rally we will regularly update our blog (if we have internet). You'll be able to follow our progress on our semi-live map.
ALL donations received go DIRECTLY to our chosen charities (Alzheimer's Research UK and The Lotus Children's Centre), as WE are covering the costs of the journey (car, petrol etc.) ourselves.

Who are we?

Our Car
The Mongol Rally isn't about comfort and it doesn't have a great deal to do with style. The whole point is that it's difficult, so big 4x4's are completely unacceptable! To tackle the worst roads in the world you must have a 'car' with an engine size of under 1.2 litres (ish). Read more...
